Customer Login Portal
Spark Holland offers a 24/7 portal to the customers service group. The customer portal is part of Spark Holland's Kick Start program, a tool to facilitate an efficient implementation of each new SymbiosisTM system and to provide ongoing operator support. We have learned that implementation of the system is often underestimated by customer. With Kick Start program we will pro- actively manage this process with the customer so that problems are solved quickly and expectations are well managed.
The principle idea of the Kick Start program is that in the first 8 weeks after installation of the system, the customer tells Spark on a weekly basis how the system runs and what issues they experience. The customers will receive customized feedback from Spark that will help to speed up the implementation of the system in their organization.
Spark customer Portal is also accessible for customers that are not participating in the Kick Start program and provides a tool to submit Tickets to Spark (complaint or questions). The submitted Ticket will initiate a prompt reaction. In addition the Spark Web portal will provide you direct access to the Spark Library with many applications and articles, all the most recent versions of available manuals can be downloaded and there is a Q & A (questions & answers) section where commonly asked questions from users are posted.
